What happens once I've paid, who do I actually call, and can I leave if I want to?
Three fears come up more than any other. First: will the designer still answer the phone once the invoice is paid, or will the site quietly stop being looked after? Second: if a form breaks or something needs changing, who exactly do you call — a salesperson, a project manager, a developer, or someone new every time? Third: if this doesn't work out, are you locked into a system you can't leave, unable to take your domain, your content or your logins with you?
One named contact, support that continues for as long as you're on a plan, and ownership that sits with you from day one. The domain, the content and the logins are set up in your name. Cancel any time, keep your files, and we'll help move your data to wherever you're going next.

What plans do you offer?
Three. Starter at £74 a month for a business that needs a proper site live fast. Professional at £249 a month for a business that wants to compete in search results, not just tick a box by having a site. Business at £649 a month and up, for anyone running more than one site, storefront or listing.
What does each plan cost, and is that the whole price?
Starter is £74 a month, Professional is £249 a month, Business starts at £649 a month. Design, build, hosting, SSL and support all sit inside that figure. There's no separate hosting bill landing in your inbox six months later.
Is this cheap web design, or is it actually any good?
It's priced like cheap web design and built like it isn't. £74 a month gets a custom site, not a template, with hosting, security and support included. The only thing "cheap" about it is the bill.
Can I get the text or photos changed after the site is live?
Yes, on every plan. Starter includes thirty minutes of updates a month, Professional includes two hours, and Business comes with a dedicated account manager for anything that needs doing.
How long until the site is live?
Around fourteen days from kick-off on Starter. Professional and Business can take a little longer, depending on how many pages and how much content needs writing.
How many pages do I get?
Up to five on Starter, up to ten on Professional. Business is scoped around however many sites, stores or listings you're running.
Is there a contract?
No. Everything is billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. We think that keeps us honest. If the site and the support aren't worth the money, you shouldn't have to pay to leave.
What happens if I want to leave?
This works as a lease rather than a straight sale, so the site isn't handed over outright while you're on the plan. But nothing holds you here either. Cancel any time, and you take your website files with you. If you're moving your contacts and CRM data to another provider, we'll help get that transferred across.
Do you only work with Cardiff businesses?
We're based in Cardiff, and most clients are here or in the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport, Caerphilly and Pontypridd. The plans work anywhere in Wales or the wider UK. Most calls happen over the phone or a video call anyway.
What sort of businesses do you usually build for?
A mix of owner-run businesses: cafes and small retail, coaches and consultants, plus trades like plumbers, electricians and cleaners. If you answer your own phone and searched "web designer near me" hoping for something other than a big agency quote, this is probably built for you.
Do you help with Google rankings, or just the website itself?
On Professional and Business, both. We manage the Google Business Profile, handle on-page SEO, and on Professional we write one to two SEO blog posts a month. Starter includes basic SEO setup, so the foundations are right from day one.
Will I be dealing with different people throughout, or one point of contact?
One point of contact. A designer and a developer work on your site in the same conversation, with one named person on your account from the first call onward — not a chain of salespeople, project managers and developers you have to explain your business to five times over.
What happens after my website goes live — do you disappear?
No. Every plan includes ongoing monthly updates and continued access to the same contact who built your site. If a form breaks, a plugin needs updating or something just looks wrong, that's a phone call to us, not a mystery you have to solve yourself.
Do I need to understand hosting, DNS or SSL to work with you?
No. Everything is explained in plain English on the first call, and we handle the technical side entirely. You're never expected to already know what DNS, SSL or a CMS is before we can help you — that's our job, not yours.
Who actually owns the website, the domain and the content once it's live?
You do. The domain, the content and the logins are set up in your name from the start, not ours. If you ever move on, you take the site files and your data with you — we're not the gatekeeper standing between you and your own business.
